Adults whose eyebrows have drooped or have deep wrinkles, caused by tensity or the work of the muscles may be interested in the procedure, also people with tired or sad expression, with deep horizontal skin flaps on the forehead or with deep wrinkles running between the eyebrows and sometimes through the point of the nose. This is usually corrected by the means of the plastic surgery of the face by removal of the excess skin and tightening of the muscles of the lower part of the face. When there is an excess of skin from the upper and lower eyelids it is corrected by the means of eyelid surgery but also a forehead cosmetic procedure is possible. This is usually done with an endoscope. The advantage of this technique lies in the fact that it consists of a series of small incisions but this is not suitable for all patients. The procedure may be completed successfully under local anaesthesia. The recovery period is about 2 or 3 days. However tense activity and exercises should be avoided the first month.
